NON CYC VACANCY
In this important and rewarding pastoral role you’ll work closely with the Assistant Head (Inclusion) to provide support to students who are experiencing social or emotional difficulties.
The successful candidate will ideally, in addition to relevant work experience, be a qualified and experienced counsellor, BACP or BPC accredited, and /or UKCP registered.
You will have knowledge and experience of working with young people and understand the requirements and demands of providing pastoral support in a school setting.
In designing and implementing evidence based interventions you will display excellent knowledge in this area coupled with the ability to demonstrate initiative, reflective practice and the personal skills to engage with young people.
