This role will help to deliver an energy efficiency programme which has already attracted £2.5m for the residents in the 4 areas.
We are seeking an enthusiastic person with specialist knowledge in domestic energy efficiency retrofit who can demonstrate a proven track record of programme and project management.

Relocation expenses are available for the successful candidate to support a move to York.
As this role is public facing, applicants will need to demonstrate, at interview, their competency to converse and provide advice and guidance to members of the public, in spoken English to CEFR level C2: Can express him/herself spontaneously at length with a natural conversational flow, avoiding or backtracking around any difficulty so smoothly that the person with whom they are conversing is hardly aware of it.
This is a fixed term post until 30 June 2023.
