We are looking for an outward going competent lead officer in the specialised area of Climbing at Energise. The officer would be responsible for the day to day operations of the climbing wall and the mobile climbing wall.
The successful applicant most be able to complete and coordinate stringent health and safety checks of the climbing equipment and mobile wall. They will also manage a highly dedicated team of climbing instructors and climbing assistants delivering courses for the public including NICAS.
* NGB Climbing instructor Qualification of SPA (with CWLA) or above, and show evidence of continued professional development.
* Hold a current First Aid at Work qualification.
* Full driving licence with cat D1+E as the post holder will be expected to drive vehicles to do their job.
* Proven Supervision and Management skills
* Expert knowledge of all appropriate health and safety legislation and guidelines relating to Climbing, Outdoor Adventures Activities and the mobile wall activities.
