We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join the Business Engagement team. Reporting to the Business Engagement and Implementation Manager, you will take a lead role in helping to maintain our reputation for passionate implementation and support of interfaces and products with the customer at the heart of our work.
The Business Engagement team have recently undergone a reorganisation to support a project management function that drives change across the business.
We require a Business Analyst who can bring new ideas, challenge, concepts and experiences to the team.
Working alongside a user-centred design & development function we will work together to deliver commercial-class solutions.
As a Business Analyst you will help to understand, scope and specify solutions that are truly customer-focussed. Shape and deliver transformative solutions and drive out costs associated with legacy systems and poor customer experience.
A varied background of analysing and presenting technical solutions in a multidiscipline environment is essential.
An understanding and experience of local government, culture change, alongside the ability to influence people at all levels, manage stakeholders and manage the needs and aspirations of disparate groups of professionals would be advantageous.
Qualified in at least one of the following disciplines with willingness to maintain and work towards qualification in both; DSDM (preferably Agile), Prince2.
You must be able to demonstrate process and functional analysis techniques and examples/experience in this.
