Business Support Service is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our corporate team.
The successful candidate will be working primarily to support to the 0-19 Healthy Child Service.
You will be dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.
You will be undertaking a wide range of routine technical administration tasks using SystmOne the electronic Health Records Management System. Assisting in Managing Tasks and action Referrals to include Electronic Referrals, PDS updates and Patient Accessed. Managing Mandated and Routine Contacts. Take and raise Tasks to Clinical Team from telephone calls and generic email account.
Working alongside colleagues, you will have the ability to manage a number of conflicting tasks in a timely fashion ensuring timescales are met.
You will require a high degree of computer literacy and have experience of working with information technology in an office based environment.
Have excellent organisational skills, including good time and task management.
The role requires effective, tactful and diplomatic interpersonal and communications skills to support partnership working. The ability to work effectively and flexibly within a team as well as on your own initiative is essential to meet conflicting demands.
The post holder will be part of a service that will continue to develop and adapt working practices. You will have demonstrable ability to suggest improvements and be flexible and responsive to change.
